Cancellations

Sometimes ‘life can just get in the way’ of your appointment, I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to my clients needs however I do request that 12 hours notice be given if you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If there is a cancellation less the 12 hours or No-show to your appointment you will be sent an invoice with 50% of the amount of the service to be paid immediately.

Scheduled Appointment Times

As a courtesy to all my clients, treatments will be completed as scheduled. Arriving late will shorten your time we have to spend on your treatment.

Refunds

No refunds can be given on services already provided, products purchased can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, unopened and in original packaging. If sent by mail, postage will not be reimbursed.

Pricing of products and services are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments we accept cash and Paynow/Paylah transfer.
(all prices are inclusive of GST)

Parking

I have plenty of free parking in my driveway if you are driving
